Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Required: All visitors must schedule an appointment in advance. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability, but booking ahead ensures your slot. 2. Eligibility: The Free V Fat Checkup is available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a guardian. This offer is limited to one free checkup per person. 3. Health Precautions: Please inform our team of any existing medical conditions or treatments you are undergoing. The checkup does not replace medical diagnostics. If any irregularities are found, we will recommend seeking further medical consultation. 3. Pre-Checkup Guidelines: We recommend not having breakfast before your appointment. During the checkup, we will provide you with a complimentary sample of our nutrition shake. 4. Checkup Duration: Each checkup will take 30 minutes and include the V Fat assessment and a short consultation with one of our wellness experts. 5. Data Confidentiality: Any personal health information and results obtained during the checkup will be treated with the highest confidentiality and will not be shared without your explicit consent. 6. Late or Missed Appointments: For bookings after 9:30 AM: If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. For bookings before 9:30 AM: If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will not be canceled, but you will be moved to the next available time slot on the same day. 7. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel within this period may affect your ability to rebook for future offers. 8. Promotion Period: The Free V Fat Checkup is a limited-time offer. SG Wellness Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without prior notice. 9. Follow-up Services: Our wellness experts will offer personalized recommendations to improve your health after your V Fat assessment. Additional services or consultations may be suggested but are entirely optional. 10. Right to Refuse Service: SG Wellness Centre reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who do not follow the above policies or exhibit inappropriate behavior during their visit.
